I the Player, or parent/guardian of the minor Player, acknowledges that soccer is an inherently dangerous sport in which the Player participates at his/her own risk. I, for myself and the Player and our respective heirs, administrators and successors, intending to be legally bound, hereby release and indemnify European Showcase and its organizer Golden Goal Sports & Marketing, their officers, directors, coaches, team managers, volunteers, agents, representatives and assigns, from and against all claims, liabilities, damages or causes of action arising out of or in connection with the Player's participation in this showcase.
I affirm that the Player is in good physical condition. I understand that the event does not carry medical insurance for Players participating in this event and that I am responsible for the Player's insurance coverage.
I understand that the organizer reserves the right to refuse or cancel any application. The registration fee is Non Refundable. If you purchase a roster spot and are unable to attend due to injury, emergency, etc, you can use that entry fee as a credit to any of our other tryout dates. Credits can be validated up until 1 week prior to an event and will remain valid for 1 year. Credits are exclusive to their event type and are not transferable to other services. I also understand that the event organizer can reschedule the event up to 14 days before the event starts, and you will be given an option to apply credit to rescheduled event or one of the other future events.
